Based on standard scientific theory, a bag of chemicals gives rise to intelligence and self consciousness awareness. In other words matter gives rise to intelligence. Most likely the mind and awareness are a field effect produced by the brain cells. The astounding thing is that based on that principle the Sun could be intelligent, it is chock full of fields and fields give rise to consciousness according to standard scientific theory. It is actually made of the fourth state of matter, plasma, and it generates material for the construction of form and energy for life. How could it communicate or influence things? Well while you were reading this 1500 trillion solar electron neutrinos passed through your body and they came from the sun. Neutrinos are neutral charge particles have almost zero

mass that pass through ordinary matter almost undisturbed.  Neutrinos have 3 flavors or states or actually oscillations that can change or be changed. If this is true then the Sun could manipulate things here. But the big question and hurdle is how does the sun receive information from the earth? The neutrinos going the other way from all the other stars which are also intelligent like our sun, and then there is the plasma that extends across the universe. The discovery of neutrino flavor oscillations implies that neutrinos have mass. The existence of a neutrino mass strongly suggests the existence of a tiny neutrino magnetic moment of the order of 10⁻¹⁹, allowing the possibility that neutrinos may interact electromagnetically as well. An experiment done by C. S. Wu at Columbia University showed that neutrinos always have left-handed chirality how many seconds.
